Where your money goes
Ninety-five percent of every gift goes directly to our mission. The remaining five percent keeps the organization running — filings, software, and the basics that let a small team operate responsibly.
- Program development — designing empathy workshops, cultural exchanges, and curricula
- Materials and facilitation — supplies, venues, and the cost of gathering people together
- Community events — the meals, spaces, and travel that make in-person connection possible
- Growth — reaching new schools, partners, and communities as we expand
- Operations (5%) — nonprofit compliance, tools, and administration
